This course emphasizes the importance of Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) that are the building blocks for more complex and specialised skills that kids will need throughout their lives to competently participant in different games, sports and recreational activities. Participants will be equipped with the appropriate knowledge and skills to become a proficient and effective coach for kids. Finally, participants must complete 10 hours of practical attachment under the supervision of a trainer.
